The FPS Finance, Customs & Excise informs that from 30 September 2023, the sanctions package against Russia will be extended to include import restrictions on iron and steel products from third countries. From this date, it will be prohibited to directly or indirectly import or purchase the relevant iron and steel products into the Union if they have been processed in a third country with iron and steel inputs originating in Russia.
