Strategic choices and possibilities in times of crisis (COVID-19, Brexit, trade wars, ...)
The Legal Department of the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency is pleased to invite you to a webinar on the points of attention to be taken into account when drafting international sales contracts and on how the use of Incoterms 2020 can help you in this process. This free webinar will take place via Zoom on June 22 at 2 p.m. and will last between 40 and 60 minutes.
In these times of COVID-19 crisis, Brexit uncertainties and tensions between major trading powers, certain policy choices regarding enforcement can avoid or remedy problems. It is therefore beneficial that you are kept informed. Ms Katrien Van Loocke, Legal Advisor at the Agency, and Mr Eduard Verhaegen, I.C.C. on Incoterms®2020 in Belgium, are happy to guide you in your steps and are at your disposal to answer your questions.
Do not hesitate and register now. You can do this by sending a simple e-mail before Monday 15 June at 5 p.m. to legal@abh-ace.be indicating your name and the company you represent. In case you already have a question about international sales contracts or if you are faced with a situation for which you are looking for a solution, please do not hesitate to send it to us in your registration email. We will try to address these questions as much as possible during the webinar or to respond directly to you with our point of view and / or opinion.
