An international delivery is not only limited to commercial conditions, but also includes practical and technical agreements between the buyer, seller and possible third parties within an often very different legal, cultural and commercial climate. To perpetuate everyone's responsibility (legally), there are the Incoterms® rules (International Commercial terms). These international agreements regarding international freight transport divide the costs and risks between the various parties on the basis of 11 rules as recorded in "Incoterms® 2020", developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

The Incoterms® 2020 application has been updated with the latest edition of the Incoterms® rules and allows you to check which Incoterm® rule applies in your specific case. You can also use it via your smartphone or tablet.
